Announcing the Retirement of Mary Riley Frantz

Dear Friends, Colleagues, and Clients,

It’s both a joyful and bittersweet moment as we share that Mary Riley Frantz will be retiring on November 14, 2025, after more than 40 incredible years with Riley and Company, Inc.

Mary has been at the heart of our office—keeping everything running smoothly, lending a helping hand whenever needed, and doing it all with grace, warmth, and an unmatched eye for detail. Her dedication and steady presence have meant so much to all of us, and it’s hard to imagine daily life here without her.

Since our company was founded in 1969, people like Mary have shaped who we are. Mary has been working closely the last few months with our new Office Manager, Marcie Pence, to ensure a smooth handoff. Marcie brings a lot of great energy to the role, and we’re confident she will continue the high standards Mary helped establish over the years.
